Question

when i move around in the mix window with my cursor, selecting a different part of the track.. More towards the end, when i try and play it from there, it goes to the beggining. I moved some thing at the beggining of the track, at the top of the mix window, now it plays at the end. How do i make it so that i can move around and have it play from where i have it selected

also no matter what my settings, it always tells me to increase buffer size.. and i have a pretty fast computer, everything upgraded substantially

In "Setups --> Preferences ---> Operations" make sure "Timeline Insertion Follows Playback" is UNCHECKED As for your buffer errors, we'll need system specifics for that one. Computer - Chipset - Processor - Ram - OS version (updated with all Service packs??) Digi Version - 001? - 002? - or M-box ? If 002 or Mbox - What kind of Firewire card, and USB are you running? Audio Drives - do you have a drive just for recording audio from pro-tools on??? is it 7200rpm - running in DMA mode ?? - Firewire drive ?? etc..... let us know, I'm sure someone can help you.

The system is custom built and i didnt build it =) Windows XP - Where and what service updates, for windows xp..but i dunno VIA Chipset, dunno what tho 1800 athlon xp 528mb ram MBOX Factory Bundle i dont know half the [bleep] ur askin =P,sorry..ill do service updates now hopefully..but if u have any other info, feel free to say anything.. thanks..
