Make this drummer sound like a robot

I'd rather that than this swaying back and forth that happens every now and then. It's 12 tracks of drums not played to a click with a scratch guitar on a separate track. No bleed from the guitar. What is the best way to do this and what kind of problems might I run into? Thanks very much. Link
