OSX Panther import/export on FAT32 FW drives

If they're being sticky about the client or you, and won't give it up, try finding someone else you know (with a similar setup) and get them to open the files if they can and resave them onto an HFS+ drive for mac. You should be able to recover them. I hope??

I do it all the time. They are messing with you. Tell everyone in your area what they need to do to secure business and they won't last very long.

where, You help me often and well, so here goes my attempt at gratitude. Before you get in a potentially damaging political struggle.... My experience with the FAT 32 stuff may be colored by the fact that I ALWAYS check Mac/PC compatability on ALL my sessions. I figure why not? Just in case. I would hate for you to errantly accuse a competitor of sabotage. The repercussions could be painful, and you're a damn nice guy! That said...I'll be in New York next week.
