Yep, I was just editing my post to clear that up. Wanted to add the 'envelope points move with media items' option for that case.Good that the forum threw me out before I confirmed :). Automation will move with 'envelope points move with media items', but markers don't... for markers plus envelopes you need ripple set to on. So ripple is the alround safety net. My main point was to ensure the highlight items thing, as there seemed to be confusion.
