New "Tooltip delay" bugs in 3.alpha1

1. bug: Preferences/Appearance -> now drag the 'Tooltip delay' slider => the whole window is flickering like hell FIXED (3.alpha2) 2. bug: -> change the value of the 'Tooltip delay' to something other than fully left -> OK (close and save the preferences) -> reopen the preferences/appearance tab => 'Tooltip delay' slider is back at left side!? FIXED (3.alpha2)

Someone can reproduce it? FIXED (3.alpha2)
