Can you create macros that call windows and set the parameters in them?

Is it possible for me to create a macro that calls the quantize items dialog, sets each parameter to a certain value and automatically "okays" it? I need to create a macro that calls the quantize items dialog and only enables the "shorten earlier items..." option with a value of 0ms, hits okay, and then calls the quantize items dialog again while enabling "extend starts..." set to say 5ms and "shorten earlier items..." also set to 5ms. Is this in any way possible? The best I have now is just a macro that calls the quantize dialog twice but I have to manually set the parameters and hit okay each time and it's a big slowdown when quantizing drum tracks...

No, that isn't currently possible inside Reaper. Autohotkey and learning how to program it might be one solution.
