Since he also has Reaper you could simply copy the entire project to a thumb drive or CD. (Consolidate is handy for folks using different DAW's.) The only issue he will have when he opens in his Reaper is that he will get a notice that fx are missing. If you want your fx printed on his tracks, then double click the track header (to make sure you have all the track items selected if you did any splitting), then right click and choose "apply track FX to item as new take'. You can do this one at a time or with multiple tracks. Now save the project and copy to portable drive. The advantage of doing it this way is now there will be two takes on the track, one 'clean' and one with effects. He will still get the missing fx dialog and to stop that from coming up he just needs to open the fx browser and remove the missing fx(s) from the track.
