Consolidate? Export? Throw computer out the window?

After you comp the 4 or 5 vocal takes, again double click on the track header to make sure that all of the pieces are selected, then right click and select glue. This will make a nice new single file of all the pieces. Now you can apply fx and or consolidate as needed.

If the effects do nothing really special, I'd probably would exchange them with free ones or with the ones that come with Reaper, thus your mate who mixes isn't restricted that much. If you're talking about VSTis, I'd do what Bigwoody recommendend. -Data
