Scratched DVD

I have a copy of a Music video DVD. The videos are divided into chapters. There is a great big scratch on the disc and i cannot view some of them. Is there any way for me to only rip the chapters (music videos) that haven't been affected by the scratch? any help greatly appreciated. They don't sell this disc in stores any more.

DVD Decrypter can do this in IFO mode, so can SmartRipper. Just uncheck the chapters you don't want. Not sure if it'll work on scratched disks though.
