MIDI Routing Matrix

It would be great if I could change the MIDI routing via a routing matrix similar to how we have the group and audio routing matrix. It would just be another menu option. Not sure how many other people could use something like this, but it would be golden for me with the way I work currently.

I'd like to see the whole routing, including midi, track channels and track inputs in some matrix on steroids. Nevertheless, ++1 for midi in a matrix.

To be honest, I thought the sending/receive system seems to be sufficient, though of course that being presented in a matrix would make things much easier to read. +1.

What about automation ? You can already send MIDI.

MIDI routing -in general- could use some enhancements... I would appreciate 'multiple-choice' style menu when selecting MIDI channels for example. You can either select one channel, all channels, or nothing in the MIDI inputs (currently). In track's 'Master/Parent send' it's an all-or-nothing situation for MIDI. You cannot select to send audio only, or MIDI only to the parent. (let alone selecting specific MIDI channels) and so on...

This is already possible, isn't it?

+1 from me too, esp midi lean-able from a grid controller. similar thinking to Evan though - can't Jeffos S&M stuff or another extension make this happen?
