I'll assume you have PT 6.9 or 7. All you do is select the regions you want to color, either in the Edit Window or in the Regions List. Once they're selected, go to the "Windows" menu and down near the bottom will be "Show color Palette. The Palette window will open. Make sure the "Apply to Selected" menu is on "Regions". All you do now is click on the color you want, and you're done. Colors, colors everywhere! If you want to change a region back to it's original color, select it and click on "Default" in the Palette window or "None" if you want it grey.
