Uploading Big Files

Just a couple of questions please... 1. What is the maximum file size allowable? I read in another post its about 20MB. so that brings me to question 2. 2. If 20MB is the limit, how is it possible that I saw a 699.98 MB file? Was the limit larger and has been made smaller? Help would be great, thanks, jj

1. Yes the max filesize is about 20mb, it's more or less dependant on how fast your internet connection is able to upload. The hard limit is 64mb, if you can upload that much within 5-10 mins. We prefer Stashbox be used for files smaller than 20mb though, saves room for other people! 2. Not sure about the 699mb file, probably a bug with the site or someone uploaded directly from the Stashbox server...

There are lot of free hosting servers like 4shared. Some times I use these sites for uplading and provide link on reaper forum

thanks for the response. i've been using stashbox and shup all week and i love them. especially because i can link straight to files. no other host lets me do that! :D
